Slack Wax
Slack wax is yellow to dark-colored crude paraffin wax that is separated from part of the oil in paraffin distillate by chilling and pressing or by use of a solvent and that contains considerable residual oil, compare scale wax. Slack wax can be used as water proofing agent or blending components in manufacturing products like candles and wood panels. Slack wax also acts as controlled released agents for different fertilizers and chemicals.
